“Excellent tour we would highly recommend. We only have one small issue . We just wish Viator would tell all its tour operators to have a board held high for people to see where they are. Once again on this trip we found ourselves wandering around outside the cruise terminal looking at peoples clip boards and asking are “ are you Viator “. Just put a board up please . Otherwise the trip it’s self was great”

“The tour guide Annas talked about religious too much and spent too much time in one place, ran out of time for dead sea. She even asked us to pay for dead sea entrance fee but that was not part of the package deal. She didn't even pay for the entrance fee why asked us to pay her?? Also her mouth breath was so bad that it was suffocating to sit near her.”

“Cruise ship had canceled port the day before and I lost money because I was not able to cancel at sea. 2 people lost a lot of money. I contacted the tour operator who would refund the money, but unfortunately I never received the money back. “Absolutely wonderful tour that I would 100% recommend! Actually- a must take tour. They made the entire outing so comfortable and easy from pick-up to drop-off.
